NSH Lady Project City Manager and Nashua resident, Nika Legatova, became involved with the Lady Project organization shortly following the 2014 summit where speakers such as Michelle Kwan and Meredith Walker from Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls, shared invaluable insight that lit a desire to expand the Lady Project to Nashua. Nika, who is originally from Slovakia, graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Business Administration and Management in December of 2013. She is currently working for the Executive Education and Enterprise division at Babson College and plans to pursue an MBA in Entrepreneurship starting in the Fall of 2015. Nika thrives off empowering others and is fortunate to be able to do so not only through the NSH Lady Project but also when she is coaching the Hardrock Club Volleyball 14 and under team where she has coached for four seasons. On her days off, Nika enjoys dancing as if nobody’s watching, skiing/outdoor activities, and anything with a hazelnut flavor-especially chocolate.

Meagan Sage is the Director of Student Involvement at Southern New Hampshire University where she works with college students to plan events, develop their leaderships skills, and develop into adults who will go out into the world and do great things. She is new to New Hampshire and originally got involved with the PVD Lady Project, as she was born and raised in Rhode Islander and is proud to hail from the Ocean State. Meagan has experience at many New England colleges and universities, as she went to Roger Williams University for her undergrad, Central Connecticut State University for grad school, and has worked at Bryant University (RI) and Johnson & Wales University (RI) previous to working at SNHU. She loves travelling, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family whenever possible.
