Join studio47 Pilates for the first of our monthly Pilates themed workouts. Pilates is a great form of exercise to increase strength, flexibility and posture. Join our fabulous instructors for a fun class that will tone the entire body, stretch everything out and leave you feeling great! We'll provide the mats, you just need to wear something you are comfortable moving in, and a pair of socks. Stick around after the workout for some prosecco from our friends at Chloe Wines and some light bites.
