Join PVD Lady Project for an introduction to Coach Emily’s Bootcamp series! This bootcamp is something that Coach Emily originally started last year, as a way for her to train a small group of her friends who wanted the experience and benefits of personal training, but were unable to afford it. It's purpose is to improve movement and wellness through the application of constantly varied, functional movements as well as to build community among women of all ages and fitness levels. This class incorporates dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more. Each 60-minute class includes warm up, movement instruction, a workout, and a cool-down, and is perfect for women of any fitness background who want to get fit and have fun while doing it.
If you enjoy this Bootcamp class, Coach Emily teaches a 6-week series beginning the following week. Attendees of this intro class will be offered a discount if they decide to sign up that night!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign a waiver. Wear clothes that you are comfortable moving and sweating in. Sneakers are required and water is recommended. There is a locker room available for storing personal items.
