7 // PVD Lady Project Women’s Entrepreneurship Week
November was a busy month in Providence for The Lady Project. PVD launched the first annual Women's Entrepreneurship Week. It was a week of panels and lunches with inspiring women from all careers ranging from designers, change makers, scientists, store owners, to engineers. The greatest part was seeing so many new faces coming to the events. You can read recaps of WEW events here: Designers + Makers, Women of Color in Business, and Women in STEM.
8 // Women Owned Wednesday
PVD Lady Project celebrated Women Owned Wednesday with a marketplace at the arcade providence. Twenty different women-owned businesses set up shop in the arcade. New Harvest made a specialty drink for us called Lady Business (it was delicious). With the holiday season upon us, shopping small and shopping women-owned was a no-brainer for us. Check out more photos from the marketplace here.
9 // Lady Project Holiday Guide 2016
This December we launched the latest Lady Project Holiday Guide. PVD Lady Project celebrated at The Lippitt House Museum on the East Side of Providence. Easy Entertaining provided the delicious food and Chloe Wine and Polar Seltzer gave us something to sip on. You can read more about the event here. I had the pleasure of shooting the Lady Project Team for this guide. It is something to see how much we have accomplished as we head into year five of The Lady Project.
10 // Our Members!
The Lady Project would not be where it is today without the support of our members across the country. From Providence to Dallas to Seatle and every chapter in between, we are so incredibly grateful for every single one of our members.
Thank you so much for an incredible 2016! We can't wait for you to see what's coming up in 2017!
